Tyler Skarstein

Tyler Skarstein is a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Stout. He brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support, with a focus on sell-side M&A advisory as well as on assisting clients in raising capital. He focuses on merger and acquisition advisory, institutional private placements of debt and equity, and strategic consulting.

Prior to becoming a Vice President, Tyler was an Analyst and Associate at Stout. Mr. Skarstein earned a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University.
