Tom Cronin’s concentration is in machinery & equipment appraisal. Tom has performed valuations both domestically and internationally, including various countries in Africa, Eastern and Central Europe, and Central and South America.

Tom has experience in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing (automotive, medical, commercial food, aluminum, and steel production, metalworking, chemicals), power and utilities (power plants, renewable, and storage), healthcare, transportation (air and rail), communications, entertainment and hospitality, and retail.

His work spans a variety of different purposes such as litigation, property and federal tax, insurance, financial reporting, financing, leasing, and consulting. He has served as an expert in litigation proceedings in regard to the valuation of tangible assets.

In addition to Tom's valuation expertise, he has experience conducting tagging, verification, and reconciliation services for large industrial facilities throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Stout, Mr. Cronin was a Customer Service Associate for Standard Bank and Trust, where he performed financial analysis, account monitoring, and management assistance.
