Tobin Reiff is a Director in the Valuation Advisory group. He has extensive experience providing professional valuation advisory services to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, middle market businesses, private equity and hedge funds, law firms and attorneys, tax advisors, and individuals.

Tobin has been engaged as an expert on litigation involving complex valuation issues, including shareholder disputes, transaction disputes, marital dissolution, probate matters, and corporate litigation. He has extensive experience providing valuation consulting services to companies for transaction advisory purposes, including fairness and solvency opinions. Tobin also provides valuation advisory services for gift and estate planning and tax reporting purposes.

Tobin has published articles, lectured, and participated in continuing education seminars on the subjects of valuation, litigation advisory services, succession planning, and transaction advisory services.
