Samantha Graves is a Vice President in the Real Estate practice within the Valuation Advisory Group. She has over four years of valuation experience and concentrates on real estate valuations for property tax appeals.

Her professional experience encompasses a wide range of real estate engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes, including purchase price allocation, estate and gift taxation, and property tax appeal. Of these assignments, many have been multiple-property portfolios.

She has experience appraising numerous property types including but not limited to retail, industrial, multi-family, office, hospitality, vacant land, subdivisions, and other special-use property types.
