Her work helps commercial teams understand competitive dynamics, anticipate market shifts, and make informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

At Stout, she shapes client engagements that combine primary research, market analysis, and strategic advisory to support commercial decision making. Her therapeutic area experience spans oncology, rare disease, cardiorenal metabolic conditions, women’s health, and respiratory, with a focus on competitive dynamics, clinical positioning, launch strategy, KOL engagement, and market access.

Prior to joining Stout, Samantha gained scientific expertise across doctoral and postdoctoral work. Her scientific training has given her a thorough understanding of the biological and molecular mechanisms underpinning different disease states. She also gained experience in life science and biotech strategy consulting through her work with PBG Healthcare Consulting.
