Sabina Chokusheva

Sabina Chokusheva is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group and has extensive experience in the valuation of ownership interests in companies owned by employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).

She has experience in the valuation of business interests in both private and public corporations. She has performed analyses related to ESOP security formation, determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, and annual employer security valuation updates.

Sabina’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including construction & engineering, professional services, diversified industrials, retail, consumer products, and food & beverage, among others.

Prior to joining Stout, Sabina was an Analyst in a boutique investment bank focused on middle-market, privately held companies.
