Ryan Trzcinski specializes in financial due diligence and M&A advisory, bringing extensive experience supporting private equity firms and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. He helps clients navigate complex deal dynamics, assess risk, and identify value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Ryan’s experience spans a broad range of industries, including industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, software-as-a-service, and healthcare. He advises clients throughout the M&A process, providing services related to sell-side and buy-side due diligence, as well as post-transaction net working capital true-ups. His work includes analyzing quality of earnings, evaluating working capital requirements, identifying debt-like items, and supporting post-close processes.
Prior to joining Stout, Ryan served as a Manager in Connor Group’s Transactions Advisory practice, where he advised clients on complex accounting and M&A-related matters. Earlier in his career, he was part of KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy group, focusing on technical accounting advisory and guiding clients through the financial reporting implications of mergers and acquisitions across various sectors.
Ryan began his career in PwC’s Audit practice, where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and data automation.
