Ryan M. Magath

Ryan M. Magath has extensive experience providing clients with forensic accounting, business valuation, economic damages, and other litigation support services for purposes of marital dissolutions, shareholder disputes, and other litigation-related matters.

Ryan has been qualified as an expert witness and has provided testimony in arbitration. He has also been court appointed as a financial expert. He has presented continuing education seminars on topics such as business valuation, forensic accounting, tax return analysis, economic data analysis, the financial expert’s role in marital dissolutions, and other related topics.

Prior to joining Stout, Ryan worked as a Director for Financial Research Associates, Inc. (FRA), performing forensic accounting, business valuation, economic damages, and other litigation support services. Prior to FRA, Ryan worked as an Audit Senior for Deloitte. While at Deloitte, he planned and performed financial statement audits for publicly traded and privately held national and regional clients.
