Robert Cole has over seven years of experience providing financial advisory services to both public and private sector clients, typically working with trial attorneys, in-house and outside counsel, boards of directors, private equity funds, and high-net-worth individuals in the context of business disputes. He has expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and technology.

Robert has significant experience providing forensic accounting services on post-merger & acquisition engagements such as representations and warranties insurance claims and disputes, representation and warranties litigation, working capital disputes, and earnout disputes. Additionally, he frequently assists as part of neutral third-party engagements to resolve working capital and earnout disputes between buyers and sellers.

In addition to assisting in transaction disputes, Robert also has experience in assisting attorneys in complex commercial litigation settings. He has experience quantifying economic damages in litigation involving theft of trade secrets; breach of contract, such as non-solicitation and non-competition clauses; tortious interference; and fraud and forensic investigations including false financial reporting and asset tracing.
