Rick's expertise covers diverse assignments that include multi-tenant, single tenant, and owner-occupied properties, residential and commercial cooperative and condominium units, fee simple, leased fee and leasehold assignments, retail and ground rent resets, development and air-rights, community facilities, parking garages, and historic and landmarked properties. He has prepared appraisals for estate and gift tax, tax certiorari, purchase, sale and rental negotiations, arbitration, litigation, and appraisal review.
