Rich Greco has more than 40 years experience providing tax services to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries including Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Healthcare; Industrials; and Business & Industrial Services.

Rich has specialized exclusively on tax planning and structuring of M&A transactions since 1996. In more than 30 years as a Big 4 tax partner, he designed acquisition and divestiture structures for transactions with a value of $5 million to in excess of $7 billion for public and private corporations, including members of federal consolidated return groups, corporations with substantial foreign sales and manufacturing operations, foreign corporations acquiring U.S. targets, and acquisitions using partnership structures. He has assisted in planning and executing reverse Morris Trust, leveraged spin-off and cash-rich spin-off transactions involving wholly domestic entities as well as groups with international affiliates. Rich has also consulted on the tax efficiency of merger integration and spin-off separation plans.
