Ray Lynch

Ray Lynch is a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group. He has extensive experience executing a wide range of M&A advisory and corporate finance transactions, including public and private sell-side and buy-side assignments, fairness opinions, and capital markets transactions. He has served entrepreneurs, middle-market companies, private equity firms, and public corporate clients across the tech-enabled services, consumer, and business services industries.

Before joining Stout, Ray served as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Jefferies in New York, where he completed a variety of middle-market and mid-cap transactions. Prior to that, he served as an Associate in the Consumer M&A Group at Duff & Phelps.

Ray began his career as an Analyst with G.C. Andersen Partners, a boutique investment banking firm based in New York.
