Ramon Solis

Ramon Solis has over 20 years of experience consulting Global 500 and private equity clients in the areas of growth strategy and competitive positioning. He has developed deep expertise and specialization around services businesses, with a particular emphasis on technology enablement (and disruption) across professional services, financial services, and health services.

Prior to Stout, Ramon led Pointe Advisory’s General Practice, and prior to that he launched and led its Private Equity practice. Under his leadership, Pointe Private Equity supported middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the full deal lifecycle, from initial target identification and commercial diligence to value creation to exit preparation and vendor diligence. With more than 100 deals’ worth of experience, Ramon advised Pointe and its private equity clientele on active processes and support with 100-day planning initiatives.

Prior to joining Pointe, Ramon served as Managing Director at Citigate Markowitz & McNaughton, a buy-side acquisition search, commercial due diligence (CDD), and market intelligence firm. He is a published author, including several articles on trends in M&A.
