Mitch Clinton

Mitch Clinton has over seven years of experience providing accounting, financial due diligence, and M&A services to private equity and private sector clients. He has expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail and consumer products, construction, food and beverage, and real estate.

Mitch advises clients throughout the M&A transaction process, including services related to sell-side, buy-side, and post-transaction net working capital true-ups. These services include analyzing quality-of-earnings, evaluating working capital needs, identifying debt-like items, and assisting in post-close support.

Prior to joining Stout, Mitch worked as an audit professional for PwC, and worked in Financial Due Diligence at both RSM and Palm Tree, LLC. During this time, Mitch provided due diligence services on over 60 buy-side and sell-side engagements across various industries.
