Michael Woolsey

Michael Woolsey provides a variety of litigation support services, including fraud investigation, forensic accounting, damages and restitution calculations, data analysis, and statistical sampling.

Michael works closely with trial attorneys from United States Attorneys’ Offices in support of financial and healthcare fraud investigations, False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, and restitution analyses. His work often involves compiling, organizing, and performing complex analyses on large datasets from multiple sources. His work has supported expert and summary fact witness testimony in federal court.

Prior to joining Stout, Michael was a Senior Auditor at EY, where he performed financial statement audits of federal government agencies.
