Michael Won

Michael Won is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets group at Stout. Michael has over 20 years of experience in securities and direct lending. His expertise includes origination, structuring, and syndication of non-investment-grade and high-yield loans (both private placement and broadly syndicated, committed, and best efforts) for founder- and sponsor-driven leveraged buyouts, refinancings, complex recapitalizations, growth capital, restructurings, special situations, and exit financings.

Michael has worked extensively with both middle-market and large-cap companies and has completed capital raises in excess of $60 billion across multiple industry segments, including healthcare, technology, industrials, consumer, and oil and gas.

Michael was previously a Managing Director at White Oak Global Advisors, a direct lender, and has held senior positions at Cantor Fitzgerald Sponsor Finance, the Societe Generale’s High Yield Capital Markets Group, and Leverage Finance at Jefferies.
