Meghan Muscato

Meghan Muscato has provided dispute resolution services for cases involving breach of contract, patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, Section 337 intellectual property matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and more. She has also provided economic and financial consulting to corporate clients.

Meghan has aided in the preparation of expert reports and assisted counsel in various stages of litigation, including the development of damages strategies and trial preparation. She has managed and analyzed large data sets, conducted complex financial analyses, and created damages models involving lost profits, reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment, manufacturing and marketing capacity, price erosion, lost earnings, and prejudgment interest for both plaintiffs and defendants. Her case experience spans a broad array of industries, including aerospace, automotive, computer hardware and peripherals, construction, consumer products and packaging, electronics, manufacturing, medical devices, mobile technology, paper products, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Stout, Meghan was a Director at Davis & Hosfield Consulting. She also worked in the intellectual property and commercial dispute resolution groups at Charles River Associates, GHP Horwath, Crawford and Winiarski Financial Consulting, and Arthur Andersen. Additionally, she has executed internal finance, accounting, and operations functions within professional services organizations.
