Megan Rogers

Megan Rogers brings a wealth of experience in establishing partnerships with private equity firms, financial sponsors, and strategic corporations spanning multiple sectors. Her responsibilities involve generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach and sourcing activities, as well as coordinating the necessary resources within the firm to fulfill clients’ needs in areas such as investment banking, accounting, litigation support, and valuation. Megan also works closely with other practice areas and specialists at Stout to communicate the firm’s expanded range of services across the entire deal lifecycle.

Prior to joining Stout, she served as a Marketing Director at investment banking firm Berkery Noyes, where she oversaw the development, management, and execution of marketing and business development strategies. She also managed the firms’ private equity and financial sponsors coverage, fostering long-lasting relationships with key private equity contacts.
