He also has experience with solvency and fairness opinion engagements.
Matthew has served numerous industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, transportation, retail, technology, and professional services. His experience spans a diverse client base of business development companies, private equity funds, small and middle-market businesses, and publicly traded enterprises.
Prior to joining Stout, he was a Senior Associate at Murray Devine and previously worked in commercial banking for M&T Bank.
