Matt Nahangi has seven years of client service experience focusing on accounting and finance due diligence and M&A. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including consumer, manufacturing, technology, media and entertainment, professional services, construction, and healthcare.

Matt advises private equity firms as well as private and public companies throughout the M&A transaction process on both the buy and sell side. This includes analyzing quality of earnings, evaluating working capital needs, identifying debt-like items, and assisting in post-close support.

Prior to joining Stout, Matt was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in the M&A Transaction Services practice.
