Marco Basu

Marco Basu is a Director in the Healthcare practice of Stout’s Investment Banking group. He has more than 10 years of investment banking and leveraged finance experience, executing successful sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, private financings, and equity raises for private and public companies. Marco's experience centers on the healthcare industry, with a focus on outsourced pharma development services and technology, specifically those advancing and accelerating clinical research.

Prior to joining Stout, Marco was a Director at Lincoln International. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Capital One Healthcare and previously an Associate at Robert W. Baird. Prior to focusing on investment banking, he was a certified public accountant, spending time at Grant Thornton and RSM.
