Kristen advises clients across a range of industries, including agribusiness and ag tech, advanced manufacturing, extractive industries, building products, off-highway machinery, and equipment. She has extensive experience across both strategic and tactical engagements, informing high-impact capital allocation decisions. Her work spans both top-line growth topics (such as pricing, path-to-market, new market entry, and new product launch) and operational and channel optimization (such as supply chain management, vendor strategy, and performance improvement for manufacturing).
Prior to joining Stout, Kristen was a founding member of Pointe Advisory and led its Industrials practice. Prior to Pointe, she worked in banking with Nissho Iwai Corporation, a major Japanese trading company; supported UN Ambassador Madeleine Albright at the United States Mission to the United Nations as an economic and political advisor; and served in Europe for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
