He routinely works with the nation’s largest healthcare systems and hospitals, as well as small, rural medical facilities with unique needs.
Kevin’s expertise covers the spectrum of healthcare valuation, but he is most frequently consulted regarding complex healthcare transactions such as global/bundled case rate payment splits, friendly professional corporation (PC) management deals, graduate medical education affiliation arrangements, and private-equity-backed ventures.
Prior to joining Stout, Kevin served in a leadership role at a national healthcare consulting firm.
