Kelly Tinberg has over 20 years of experience providing consulting services in matters involving commercial and intellectual property damages, financial forensics, and business valuation. She has prepared and analyzed hundreds of claims for damages arising from different matter types, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, business interruption, Ponzi schemes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyance, shareholder disputes, wrongful termination, medical malpractice, trade secret misappropriation, as well as patent, copyright, and trademark infringement. Kelly has served as an expert on asset misappropriation, trademark infringement, medical malpractice, and shareholder dispute matters.
Kelly has extensive experience in the quantification and evaluation of lost profits, increased costs, unjust enrichment, business valuation, and intellectual property damages. She has expertise across a broad range of industries, including agriculture, computer hardware and software, consumer goods, restaurants, medical devices, web-based technologies, metals, and automotive parts.
Prior to joining Stout, Kelly founded her own consulting firm, which she led for over 10 years. She also was a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal, an Associate Director with Navigant Consulting, and a Principal at Tucker Alan Inc.
