Jonathan Prvanov

Jonathan Prvanov provides valuation services to both public and private sector clients for tax and financial reporting purposes. He has extensive experience across a broad range of industries, including life sciences, technology, and professional services.

Jonathan advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on share-based compensation valuations (IRC 409A and ASC 718), intellectual property matters, and business enterprise valuations. He works closely with auditors, in-house counsel, corporate boards, and management teams.

Prior to joining Stout, Jonathan served as an Analyst for Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. Prior to that role, he was an Assurance Staff for Ernst and Young LLP in the firm’s San Diego, CA, office.
