John Nabial has over 10 years of experience in the valuation of privately held businesses, forensic accounting, and other litigation-related services. He has valued numerous ownership interests in privately held business and professional practices across a broad range of industries. These valuations were completed for various purposes, including marital dissolution, estate and gift tax, shareholder disputes, and other matters.
John works closely with family law attorneys, high-net-worth individuals, and other clients in the context of business valuation, stock-option valuation, and other equity award valuation, utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. He has also worked on numerous forensic accounting assignments, including lifestyle analyses, income and cash flow analyses, separate property tracing, and net worth analyses.
Prior to joining Stout, John was a financial analyst with Financial Research Associates, Inc. (FRA). He also successfully completed the American Society of Appraisers Principles of Valuation Courses BV201-204.
