Joe Randolph

Joe Randolph is a co-leader of the Due Diligence practice. He has experience in finance, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), servicing private equity and strategic clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, entertainment; business & industrial services; and healthcare.

Joe advises private equity firms as well as private and public companies throughout the M&A transaction process on both the buy and sell side. This includes analyzing quality of earnings, evaluating working capital needs, identifying debt-like items, and evaluating purchase agreements. He works closely with corporate development, investment, and finance teams throughout the deal process to assess and communicate key valuation and transaction considerations.;

Prior to joining Stout, Joe was the Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at The Innovation Institute, where he oversaw strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A activities. Prior to The Innovation Institute, he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group.
