Joe Randolph

Joe Randolph is the Co-President of the Transaction Advisory group. He has experience in finance, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), servicing private equity and strategic clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, entertainment; business & industrial services; and healthcare.

Joe advises private equity firms as well as private and public companies throughout the M&A transaction process on both the buy and sell side. This includes analyzing quality of earnings, evaluating working capital needs, identifying debt-like items, and evaluating purchase agreements. He works closely with corporate development, investment, and finance teams throughout the deal process to assess and communicate key valuation and transaction considerations.

Prior to joining Stout, Joe was the Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at The Innovation Institute, where he oversaw strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A activities. Prior to The Innovation Institute, he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group.
