Jenna advises on the fair market value and commercial reasonableness of hospital-based compensation arrangements, as well as on-call, employment, and professional services arrangements for a wide range of specialties, including anesthesiology, radiology, emergency medicine, and other specialty hospitalist programs. Jenna utilizes her experience to provide consultation services to clients regarding staffing efficiency, quality of care, and compensation structures.
