Jeff Livingston

Jeff Livingston serves as a non-executive board member representing Integrum, Stout’s investment partner.

Jeff brings to Integrum a combination of operating and investing experience built over decades of working with leading global companies.

Previously, he was a long-term member of KKR’s private equity investing and operating teams focused on financial services, business services and financial technologies.

He has served on numerous Boards of Directors, including Sedgwick, Apple Leisure Group, USI (Board Observer), MerchantE, Evertree Insurance, and Strategic Risk Solutions.

Prior to KKR, Jeff worked at McKinsey & Company in both their Beijing and New Jersey offices.
