Jay’s valuations have been used for many purposes, including estate and gift tax, dissenting shareholder and oppression matters, marital dissolution cases, and the purchase and sale of business enterprises.
Prior to joining Stout, Jay was the founder of and a Managing Director with Financial Research Associates, Inc.
