Jason Keener

Jason Keener has extensive experience providing accounting operations support and financial reporting to both public and private sector clients in the life sciences industry.

Jason advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit support. He works closely with C-suite level executives, high profile vendors, and external auditors to ensure the business remains compliant and operates as intended.

Prior to joining Stout, Jason gained valuable experience in EY’s audit practice, where he contributed to the audit of a large, publicly traded food manufacturer while supporting smaller, privately held company engagements. His experience in both accounting advisory and audit functions has equipped him with a thorough understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and client services.
