Jarred Rusin

Jarred Rusin provides economic and financial damages consulting, financial forensics, and in-depth analysis for clients and counsel involved in commercial disputes. He has served as a staff member and manager on matters in federal and state courts.

Jarred has over five years of experience assisting with complex financial and accounting matters, including the quantification of economic damages related to lost profits, reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment, and lost compensation. His work spans a wide range of litigation matters involving claims of breach of contract and fiduciary duty, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, defamation, fraud, class actions, personal injury, and others.

He has been involved in matters across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, computer and internet hardware and software, telecommunications, industrials and consumer products, private equity, real estate, insurance, construction, medical products, and biotechnology, among others.

Prior to Stout, Jarred was a consultant at Davis & Hosfield, LLC, which was acquired by Stout. In that role, he worked on similar engagements involving commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation.
