Jared Davis has more than 13 years of healthcare valuation and consulting experience. He provides fair market valuation and commercial reasonableness analyses of healthcare provider compensation within a wide variety of arrangements which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications.

His practice includes provider employment, professional services arrangements, medical director / thought leader compensation, compensated call coverage, hospital-based specialty collections guarantees and subsidies, and retrospective analyses.

Prior to joining Stout, Jared was a Partner with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc., where he was at the forefront of the firm’s expansion of its innovative, web-based resources, known as Automated FMV Solutions – a suite of sophisticated and customizable applications providing FMV opinions. Before that, he was an administrator for a private cardiology practice.
