Jake Jones

Jake Jones has extensive expertise in the healthcare valuation industry, including the valuation of property types such as medical outpatient buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, acute-care hospitals, physician practices/clinics, imaging centers, hospitals, and hospital departments.

Jake advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price valuations and Fair Market Value rental rate analyses utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. He works closely with health system leadership, in-house counsel, real estate management teams and brokers, and those affiliated with real estate transactions in the context of real estate valuation and Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance.

Prior to joining Stout, he worked in the healthcare real estate valuation service line at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc.
