Jacek Grotnik has extensive advisory and banking experience providing valuation and credit consulting services to both public and private sector clients, including hedge funds, investment banks, opportunity funds, commercial banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and government sponsored entities. He has extensive commercial real estate loan valuation expertise across all commercial property types, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, farmland, residential, and mixed-use.

Jacek advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on the value of loans, participations, and portfolios including highly structured assets, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity, utilizing custom and proprietary models, including DXMark and DXValue. He works closely with lenders in the context of loan valuation, investments, portfolio management, and credit analysis. 

Prior to joining Stout, Jacek was a Senior Vice president of DebtX Analytics, Inc. (formerly part of The Debt Exchange, Inc.). He was also a Director of Business Development and Loan Acquisitions for Arbor Commercial Mortgage, a Vice President of Acquisitions at Capital Crossing Bank (Lehman Bank), a Real Estate Credit Officer of Llama Company, and an Underwriter at Bain Capital’s startup, Commercial Mortgage Corporation of America, the nation’s first private securitization lender.

Jacek is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors of Spojnia Credit Union. He also sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
