Chris Franzek has over twenty-five years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise providing valuation advisory services within the private fund space, including general partners, limited partners / institutional allocators, fund administrators, independent directors, and other industry participants. His experience spans many asset classes, including private equity, private credit (performing and distressed), structured products, and venture capital.
Prior to joining Stout, Chris was a Managing Director and the global leader of Kroll, LLC’s Alternative Asset Advisory and Portfolio Valuation practices. He also was a Managing Director in Kroll, LLC’s Digital Solutions team.
Chris has spoken at numerous industry conferences and has met with global regulators in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia about valuation issues affecting the asset management industry.
