Isaiah Aguilar is part of the ESOP & ERISA Advisory group and has more than 10 years of experience in the valuation of business interests in both private and public corporations.
Isaiah has particularly strong experience in the valuation of ownership interests held by Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), and has performed analyses related to the determination of transaction fairness and adequate consideration, solvency opinions, repurchase obligation studies, and annual employer security valuation updates. Isaiah has also presented at professional conferences and seminars on a variety of ESOP related topics.
