Hunter Outcalt

Hunter Outcalt has extensive experience providing valuation and advisory services to healthcare clients in the public and private sectors. His experience includes working with healthcare organizations, attorneys, administrators, providers, developers, consultants, bankers, and private equity groups to assist with a variety of transactions in the healthcare industry. Many of the transactions he analyzes involve Stark, Anti-Kickback, IRC 501(c)(3), and/or other regulatory implications, which require analysis of fair market value.

Hunter has significant experience in valuing healthcare enterprises, including but not limited to accountable care organizations, acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living facilities, clinically integrated networks, diagnostic imaging centers, dialysis centers, durable medical equipment providers, health plans and management care organizations, home health and hospice agencies, hospitals and health systems, management service organizations, nursing homes, pharmacies, physical therapy centers, physician groups, physician staffing organizations, radiation and medical oncology centers, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, sleep labs, substance abuse treatment facilities, surgical hospitals, and urgent care centers.

Hunter is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Florida and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In 2020, he was a recipient of the AICPA Forensic & Valuation Services Standing Ovation Award.

Prior to joining Stout, Hunter was a Partner with a national healthcare valuation and consulting firm.
