Evren Dinc has extensive experience providing accounting advisory services to clients ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies. He serves clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer products, hospitality, aerospace and defense, life sciences, technology, media, and entertainment.

Evren advises publicly traded and privately held companies on technical accounting and financial reporting matters related to business combinations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity financing, embedded derivatives, consolidation, and other complex accounting issues. He also assists companies with SEC reporting and compliance requirements, as well as IPO and capital markets readiness.

Prior to joining Stout, Evren was a Director in the Accounting Advisory practices at Kroll and RSM, where he advised companies on matters including the implementation of new accounting standards and capital markets readiness. Earlier in his career, he was a Manager in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice.
