Emily Forehand

Emily Forehand has over five years of experience providing valuation services to public and private sector clients. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, transportation, trucking, restaurants, professional services, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services.

Emily advises publicly traded and privately owned companies on business enterprise valuation, stock-option valuation, audit reviews of third-party analyses, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.) utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. She works closely with attorneys, court-appointed trustees and examiners, corporate boards, management teams, and high-net-worth individuals in the context of business valuation, equity valuation, and competitive analysis.
