Drew Keller

Drew Keller provides valuation services to both public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of healthcare facilities, including hospital and hospital campuses, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, radiology imaging centers, and medical and radiation oncology centers, with specific expertise in Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute matters.

Drew advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation and market studies on nationwide trends for large health systems, and he provides support during adversarial transactions. He works closely with health system leadership, in-house counsel, real estate management teams and brokers, and those affiliated with real estate transactions in the context of real estate valuation and Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance.

Prior to joining Stout, Drew was a Senior Associate at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. He provided real estate appraisal services to large healthcare systems, publicly traded REITs, and regional and local physician groups.
