Daniel Shulman

Daniel Shulman has extensive experience in M&A and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across major corporations in telecommunications, entertainment, and consumer products. He specializes in supporting the Office of the CFO through the transaction lifecycle, cross-functional integration, and operational finance.

Daniel works closely with his clients to deliver improved processes, operating model support, and pre- and post-close integration management.

Prior to joining Stout, Daniel worked in Corporate Development with AT&T, where he evaluated inorganic growth opportunities. He partnered with internal subject matter experts to progress multi-billion-dollar decisions based on company strategy, goals, and capital allocation. He previously worked in FP&A with The Walt Disney Company spearheading finance initiatives like improvements across management reporting, month-end close, and annual operating plan processes.
