His professional experience encompasses a wide range of real estate engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes including purchase price allocation, estate and gift taxation, and property tax appeal.
Daniel has experience appraising numerous property types, including industrial facilities, multi-family complexes, general and medical offices, freestanding retail, shopping centers, development land, and other commercial property types. Of these assignments, many have been multiple-property portfolios.
