Dan Ruggieri has expertise in providing a wide range of complex transactional support services.
Prior to joining Stout, Dan was a Manager at Genova Group, where he participated in financial reporting, SOX projects, debt and equity arrangements, and business combination projects in which he was instrumental in addressing critical accounting matters such as the treatment of the arrangements and presentation. Dan also spent three and a half years as an assurance professional with KPMG, primarily serving emerging growth companies in the life science and technology industries.
