Chris Vincent

Chris Vincent serves within the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on Business Services. His expertise spans residential and commercial services, infrastructure services, and specialty distribution within the industrial sector. He advises on sell-side and buy-side transactions, debt and equity financings, and corporate strategies, primarily within the middle market, serving leading public corporations, private equity firms, and founder-owned businesses.

Before joining Stout, Chris was a Director within D.A. Davidson’s Diversified Industrials group, where he focused on M&A, growth capital raise, and financing transactions. Prior to his time at D.A. Davidson, he was an investment banker at BlackArch Partners.
