Cesar Remacha

Cesar Remacha is a Director in the Investment Banking group, where he focuses on executing M&A transactions for industrials clients.

Prior to joining Stout, Cesar was a Vice President on the investment banking team at Duff & Phelps (rebranded as Kroll) focused on industrials. During his time at Kroll, he led the sell-side execution of non-core divestments for publicly listed companies, including the sale of OptaSense, divested by QinetiQ to Luna Innovations, and the acquisition of Sonoco’s European plastics operations in Poland to the Halifax Group.

Cesar has experience in the Iberian market, where he led the sale of Ineos’ chemical plant in Bilbao, Spain. He also advised Gibdock on its sale to Balaena Offshore in Gibraltar. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
