Celia Chavez has experience providing valuation services to clients in the healthcare industry, including transaction support, litigation support, and compensation arrangements.

Celia works closely with healthcare organizations, attorneys, administrators, providers, developers, consultants, investment bankers, and private equity groups in connection with a wide range of healthcare transactions. Many of her analyses involve Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, IRC 501(c)(3), and other regulatory considerations requiring analysis of fair market value and the determination of commercial reasonableness. Her practice extends to business valuation, intangible assets, provider compensation arrangements, and management services arrangements in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Stout, she was a Senior Associate with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc.
