Carly Kauffman has over five years of experience in professional services, specializing in financial due diligence and M&A advisory. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including consumer, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, and sports and entertainment.

Carly advises private equity firms and strategic clients throughout the M&A transaction process on both the buy and sell side. She provides expertise in evaluating normalized EBITDA and net working capital requirements, identifying debt-like items, and assisting in post-close support.

Prior to joining Stout, Carly worked in the audit practice at Ernst & Young.
