Bruce Bittan

Bruce Bittan has nearly 40 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. Bruce has extensive appraisal experience preparing narrative appraisals on various types of income-producing properties, including downtown and suburban office buildings, office parks, shopping centers, residential developments, industrial properties, marinas, and more.

Prior to joining Stout, Bruce was a senior appraiser with Appraisers and Planners in New York City. Earlier in his career, he was an appraiser with BBG (formerly Leitner Group), FGH Appraiser Services, Laventhal & Horwath, and Joseph J. Blake & Associates.
