Brian Chan has over eight years of experience providing litigation consulting services to companies across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, transportation, trucking and logistics, food and beverage, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services.
His primary practice area involves economics consulting in the context of complex commercial litigation, forensic accounting investigations, and class action litigation.
Brian specializes in providing data analytics and consulting services to in-house and outside counsel for publicly traded and privately owned companies that are facing labor and employment disputes. He has extensive experience preparing statistical models and quantifying economic damages in discrimination, wrongful termination, employee misclassification, and wage and hour matters.
Prior to joining Stout, Brian was a manager at The Claro Group.
